Ingrid Castro-Campos

Interpreter

Ingrid was born and raised in Costa Rica, and grew up serving the community she lived in. In Colorado, she has joined efforts to advance social justice in healthcare, food security, housing stability, human rights, language access, and financial wellness. She is a certified English>Spanish translator, and trained as a medical and community interpreter. She supports the Hold You Services team and participants by providing interpretation services. She is also a proud mom of an 18-year-old young-man, and  enjoys spending time with friends, volunteering, and learning new things.

Lauren Forsythe

Licensed Professional Counselor

Lauren is a Registered Play Therapist and Counselor with a private practice in Longmont, CO. Lauren provides support to children, teens, young adults, and parents. Her style is highly relational, down to earth, and experiential–working to help guide people towards wholeness.

Allison Micek Lammers

Speech Language Pathologist

Allison received her undergraduate degree in Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences, with a minor in Kinesiology at the University of Colorado at Boulder.  She continued her studies at the University of Northern Colorado, completing a Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology in 2005. Allison has been a speech-language pathologist working with birth to 3 year olds and their families for 16 years. She specializes in language development in toddlers as well as feeding and swallowing support, including breast, bottle, and solid foods.

She is passionate about helping infants and toddlers explore the world through language and food, recognizing these as essential building blocks of development. She believes in taking a whole-child approach, empowering caregivers with the tools and confidence they need to support their child's growth. Most of all, she believes that learning—and life—should be fun!

Johnelle Shaw

Physical Therapist

Johnelle earned her Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Physical Therapy from CU Medical Center. She is a member of APTA, APTA pediatric special interest group, and Colorado chapter PSIG, and she has completed continuing education in cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, Premature infants, Sensory integration and sensory processing disorder, visual impairments, Rehabilitation of Lower Extremity Amputee, childhood pulmonary system, PNF, manual therapy for pediatrics, myofascial release and NDT in pediatrics, EI, concussions, ADHD, and various other pediatric PT courses. Johnelle received her pediatric clinical training from the Children’s Hospital and has worked in rehab, inpatient, outpatient, and home care settings. Johnelle enjoys assisting families optimize their child’s potential with a collaborative and compassionate approach.
